1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FluidVox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to enter into these Terms and use FluidVox in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

3. Service Description and Availability

FluidVox provides voice-to-text and writing enhancement tools. Features, platform availability, and product limits may change over time as we continue development.

4. Plans, Billing, and Trials

Free and paid plans may be offered. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FluidVox for lawful internal use.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Do not misuse the service, overload systems, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use FluidVox to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed to submit and process that content through FluidVox.

You grant us a limited right to process your content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

7. Service Integrations and Infrastructure

FluidVox relies on supporting integrations and managed infrastructure to deliver certain features. Some connected services may have their own terms that apply to your use.

8. Intellectual Property

FluidVox software, branding, and related materials are owned by FluidVox and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FluidVox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FluidVox and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm FluidVox or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FluidVox after updated Terms are posted means you accept those changes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to first try to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting the support team.
